FABIOS casings type FGR and FGL are an ideal packaging for sausages, that allows to expose an attractive and natural-look of the cold meats and encourages consumers to purchase. The durability and flexibility of those casings facilitate homogeneous growth of the desired mold, they dry evenly together with rhe filling and thay ensure a quick ripening process.

Instruction for use:

The application of FABIOS casings for raw sausage is a 5 stage process: soaking, filling, clipping or tying, processing with cold smoke, maturing. Details of the mentioned stages are presented here.
